WARNING: POSSIBLE SCAM. As of March 29, 2021, their online store seems to be either out of business or a scam.

The invoice I received had a different company's logo, name, and address on it. Four days passed, and my order was still showing as "Processing". I tried calling their number, but no one picked up, and the voicemail was full. Plus, the customer support email listed on their site is no longer valid.

On a whim, I contacted the manufacturer of the item I ordered. They told me that Zorro hasn't placed any orders in over a year.

Despite all this, their online store is still operational. You can create an account and input your personal details. It still takes orders and processes payments. I reported this to PayPal and filed a claim, but it might take some time before their account is shut down.

I've been super pleased with what Zorro offers and their customer support. We had our first keyboard get wrecked during a move, and they quickly sent me our previous receipt for the claim. When it was time to get a new keyboard, I had a chat online with a rep who guided me to the perfect replacement.

They really looked out for me when other sellers dropped the ball. They upgraded me to a newer model since the previous one was unavailable. It was a pleasure collaborating with them. I rarely hand out five stars. The only downside was having to go through their online system, and I couldn’t split my payment methods. Aside from that, I’m quite pleased.

I came across your picture ad for the Yamaha RDP0F5RD Rydeen Drum Kit in Hot Red Item# RDP0F5RD, and I gotta say, it’s pretty misleading. When I placed my order, I thought the image showed exactly what I’d get, but I was mistaken. I also shelled out an extra 459.98 for the Sabian 45002X-14 Cymbal Variety Package Item# 45002X-14 and the Yamaha 600 Series HW-680 Single Braced Drums Hardware Set (5 Piece) Item# HW-680 to round out the kit. I even had a chat with one of your reps, and he was on the same page.
